LOGI Infinity Services provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to, AC installation, repair, maintenance, replacement, indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, smart thermostat installation, and commercial HVAC. Service availability is limited to Lee County, Collier County & Sarasota County.

All services are performed by licensed technicians under Florida contractor license CMC1251760.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after a full assessment. We commit to transparent pricing and will not begin any work without your explicit approval.

Prices are subject to change based on parts availability, scope changes, or conditions discovered during service.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

5. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by LOGI Infinity Services is warranted for a period discussed and agreed upon at time of service. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, LOGI Infinity Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
